We want you to have the best possible experience when ordering from us so we will always endeavour to get your items to you as fast as possible, wrapped in our beautiful custom packaging.
We understand that ordering higher value jewellery items to be delivered to your door can sometimes cause concern but rest assured that all orders are fully insured and delivered, tracked, with the most reputable carriers.
Delivery charges and timeframes can differ, depending on your location. Please find more information below. For any assistance with placing an order, or for any queries you may have about delivery, please contact us.
UNITED KINGDOM
- Complimentary express delivery on all orders over £500.
- For orders under £500 a delivery charge of £10 will apply.
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday will be delivered within 1-3 business days of order confirmation from our boutique. Orders placed over the weekend or during national holidays will be dispatched on the next working day once your order is confirmed by our boutique team.
- Signatures are required for all UK deliveries If you are not available for delivery, a card will be left by the carrier for you to rearrange delivery.
All orders are fully insured for your peace of mind.
For customers local to our Sloane Street boutique, we offer in-store pick up.

EUROPE
- Complimentary express delivery on all orders over €750.
- For orders under €750 a delivery charge of €100 will apply.
- Orders being delivered within the European Union* may be subject to customs duty charges. At present we do not cover these within the cost of the order, but we would be happy to advise on this, please contact us to discuss.
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday will be delivered within 3-7 business days of order confirmation from our boutique. Orders placed over the weekend or during national holidays will be dispatched on the next working day once your order is confirmed by our boutique team.
- Signatures are required for all deliveries If you are not available for delivery, a card will be left by the carrier for you to rearrange delivery.

*Jewellery is designated as a restricted commodity in France, Spain or Portugal which means you will require a third-party broker to clear your parcel from customs. GIFT WRAPPING
We understand that the magical moment of unboxing is always one to remember, so Cassandra Goad jewels are always wrapped in our signature navy blue and gold boxes, tied up with ribbons in crisp, white monogrammed tissue paper and placed carefully in a navy posting box.
If you would like a more sustainably wrapped gift, please choose this option when checking out.
We also offer the opportunity to add a gift note within your order. Simply add your note when placing your order and we will handwrite this and place it within your wrapped gift.
