Should you wish to exchange a jewel gifted to you, we offer exchanges. Whilst respecting the anonymity of the client, you may be asked to give a name of the person who gifted the jewel to you.

Our pendants are sold without chains, allowing you to select one of your choice. We sell individual chains that are available to buy for your necklace pendant.

It is unusual to find newly mined gold and silver today as the vast majority of precious metals have already been mined. Even so, Cassandra is committed to recycling precious metals. With every bespoke project, Cassandra will try and re-utilise the original metal within the new design. 

Cassandra is drawn to the history embedded in precious metals which has often been in circulation from the Roman times and feels inspired to be adding to a metal’s rich history. 

In the limited instances where Cassandra sourced newly mined precious metals, she works closely with her metal merchants to ensure the origin and authenticity of the metal, the vast majority of which is recycled.

Carats, when talking about gold, are a method of measuring the quantity of the pure gold in a metal.

At Cassandra Goad, we typically work with 9ct and 18ct gold. 9ct gold has 375 parts of pure gold in a thousand. 18ct gold has 750 parts of pure gold in a thousand.

The amount of pure gold contained within a metal determines not only its price point but also which jewellery we can craft from it.

We sell a variety of clip on earrings and we can also customise our other earring designs to be clip on. For further assistance please contact our boutique team here.

At Cassandra Goad, we take a different approach to how we make jewels. We see each jewel as unique in its own right. For this reason, we will often create a ring in a generic ring size which we can then size to your measurements. Please note, that if purchasing a made to order ring, resizing will take 3 - 4 weeks to complete. If the available size of the ring is the right size for you then we can ship it out to you immediately. Alternatively you may wish to present the ring and have it resized later when you are sure of the size.

We often find that deciding which finger you would like to size the ring to, can be a tricky decision. For this reason, we are happy for you to spend time deciding before coming back to the boutique to size the ring. This is also possible if you are wanting to gift a loved one a made to order ring but are unsure of their finger size.

Cassandra is an avid collector of unique and rare gemstones. Our range of unique rings is comprised of rings which are one-of-a-kind. When you buy a unique ring, you are purchasing a ring with a rare gemstone which cannot be replicated.

Each unique ring is crafted to a popular ring size which can then be sized to you. Please note, each unique ring will be resized free of charge only once.

An Eternity rings is a ring that is set with stones either halfway round (half eternity) or all the way round the finger (full eternity). It symbolise eternal love and in Georgian and Victorian England many eternity rings were of a snake biting its tail.
